Here at eWonderWorld we strive to provide high quality products and superior customer service. We want you to be satisfied with purchases you make with us. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange the following within 30 days of the shipment's receipt.

Product must be:

  • Unused items in its original carton. 
  • New products in an unused and undamaged condition. 
  • A 20% restocking fee may be applied to all returns unless the return/exchange is due to eWonderWorld error.

 

Return/ Exchange Procedure

  1. Follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip.
  2. Include the a copy of packing slip with your shipment. Or provide a letter contain your name, Order ID, shipping address and product. 
  3. Use the original carton, if possible.
  4. Remember it is your responsibility to return the item to us. (Unless due to an eWonderWorld error). 
  5. We recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier like USPS, FEDEX, or UPS. This helps to prevent packages getting "lost in the mail". 
  6. Once we receive your return, we will process your return/exchange within 2-7 days.
  7. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
